Olive oil from Nîmes AOP
This olive oil from Nîmes, recently certified as AOP, is produced in our oil mill according to a traditional process. It therefore represents all the scents and flavors of our region. It consists mainly of the lively Picholine variety and the Négrette variety. The latter unfolds in this composition a very special mild and fruity note. Olive oil from Nîmes AOP is a very tasty oil, undoubtedly the best from our oil mill.

This oil develops its talent when cooking ratatouille, tomato sauces, etc. The addition of herbs from Provence further refines the taste of grilled meat.
