Olive oil NEGRETTE
The rustic olive variety Négrette is very hardy and produces a very fine, mild and fruity yellow oil. The flavors are nutty (almond, sometimes more like hazelnut), often enriched with a slightly peppery finish.
This oil likes to be combined with basil aromas. It is therefore suitable for fish dishes, but also for meat and fish carpaccios.
