Olive oil AGLANDAU
This fruity olive oil has a beautiful green color, a very low acidity and develops distinctive vegetal notes, with the predominance of raw artichoke. It is delicious with a piece of bread and also goes well with all steamed vegetables (such as asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels and of course artichokes).
For salads, we recommend it with balsamic vinegar and with port or Banyuls (a sweet wine). It enhances in a pleasant way fresh pasta served with dark tapenade.
