Olivenöl d'ANTAN
The oil mill tries to preserve the traditional taste and know-how by offering this oil made from olives of the Picholine variety.
The unique production process gives this fragrant oil its beautiful green color. The Picholine olives give it the particular aromas of truffles and undergrowth (mushrooms).
The traditional method is characterized by a light fermentation of the olives before grinding.
A preferred ally to season your salads with Banyuls or Xeres vinegar. It develops its character fully on grilled red meat or with dry cheese.
