Olive oil BOUTEILLAN
The Bouteillan variety has a golden yellow color and develops very intense green scents. Depending on the time of harvest, we can detect aromas of freshly cut grass or ripe pears.

This oil is ideal to give freshness to vegetables, but it is also excellent for all summer salads.

It is also delicious on fresh tomato slices, anchovies from Collioure and the incomparable brandade from Nîmes.
